These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SilveraOps platform — dispatch, estimating, routing, delivery, invoicing, and related services (the "Service") — provided by the operator of this deployment ("we", "us"). By creating an account, submitting an order through our public store, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts are provisioned per organization with role-based access (owner, admin, dispatcher, accounting, driver, crew lead). You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Requests submitted through the customer store are inquiries, not binding orders. All pricing, availability, delivery windows, taxes, and fees are confirmed by our staff in a written estimate. Work begins only after estimate approval. Invoices are due by the due date stated on the invoice; unpaid balances may accrue late charges permitted by law and may result in suspension of further deliveries.
Payments may be made by the methods we support (including cash, check, card, and bank transfer). Subscription billing for the Service itself, where offered, is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Returned checks and chargebacks may incur fees.
Delivery windows are estimates. Someone authorized to accept delivery may be required on site; we may capture photos and signatures as proof of delivery, which are retained as business records. Risk of loss for materials passes on delivery.
You may not misuse the Service: no unauthorized access, interference, scraping at scale, reverse engineering, or use in violation of law. We may throttle or suspend access that threatens the integrity or security of the Service.
You retain rights to the business data you enter. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service (storage, processing, backup, display to your authorized users, and integrations you connect such as QuickBooks, Google, or messaging providers). Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Integrations (QuickBooks, Google Calendar/Gmail, WhatsApp, payment and storage providers) are subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and an integration's availability may change.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the Service, with notice where practicable. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Questions about these Terms: contact your account administrator or the business contact listed on your invoices.
